The coordinator Sebastian Kobold, LMU, welcomed the Doctoral Candidates who met for the first time before starting the workshop for transferable skills on "Reading in Science and Researching Literature – with and without AI-support ", conducted by Tobias Zervosen. The DCs and the Project Manager met later to introduce the oragnisational aspects of the network and the training. The DCs voted for the two Representatives, Fiorella Ojeda, INSERM Rennes and Leila Munaretto LMU who will be members of the Supervisory Board for one year. After the dinner, the group visited the exhibition “Beyond the World. The Blue Rider” at the museum Lenbachhaus. 

From Tuesday, the Scientific Meeting brought together Project Investigators, Co-Project Investigators and DCs on Tuesday and Wednesday to present the individual scientific projects and discuss on further research developments. On Wednesday, all members participated to the "Network Gathering session" conducted by Saskia Glaas and Franziska Schrade of the Center for Leadership and People Management of LMU. The network raised the current points of organisation and financing within the third Supervisory Board Meeting, before starting the kick off of the mentoring programme with Patricia Stoitzner, MUI, presenting "“How I became a researcher and what happened afterwards”. The DCs and PIs went to the ITOC conference from Thursday to Saturday.
